## What to write in your first message

A few lines on three things are enough:

- **which task you'd like to take off your day**, such as entering orders into your management software or preparing quotes;
- **how often it repeats**, per day, week or month;
- **which programs you use for it today**, such as your management software, inbox, Excel or WhatsApp.

If you know how much time it takes, add that too. It's what I need most to tell whether automating it pays off.

Until we've agreed to work together, please don't send me documents with your customers' personal data, such as real orders or requests. If examples help me understand the process, we'll anonymize them together.

## What happens next

My reply comes with a first assessment of whether the process can be automated and what else I need to know. If it makes sense, we'll set up a free call. Then I'll send you a fixed-price quote, and you decide only after seeing it.

## Where I work

### Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call is free and comes with no commitment. We use it to understand the process, and I tell you whether automating it pays off. You only pay if you accept the quote.

### Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes. If you want to protect your processes, customers or price lists, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the process analysis.

### Can I write to you if I don't know yet what to automate?

Yes. Tell me what a typical day at your company looks like and where time seems to get lost. The task worth automating often comes up as we talk. If nothing is worth the cost, I'll tell you.
